DTC Tips for Wineries

Digital Presence – The digital world is always changing so it’s important to stay updated on new things happening and routinely check your online presence. *Before you build anything NEW, or make updates to your online presence, make sure you have a solid brand message with three key points that you refer to.

NEW for Instagram: they just rolled out the link sticker! For those of you who don’t have 10k+ followers, but want to send people to your website directly from stories, this link will allow you to do that! Use it to promote your bundles, upcoming events, etc. in stories on Instagram! The viewer simply taps on the link button and is taken to the product you posted about. I’m including a short “how-to” video to the right. If you need help, please let me know!!!

Are you curious to know how your tasting room results stack up against those of other wineries? Our Benchmarking Performance Tracker is your ticket!

Google: You should already have a Google business account for your winery, but you can also add Google Merchant Center to enhance your product presence and drive sales across paid and unpaid channels. One of our winery clients recently set this up and is seeing an increase in traffic, calls, and sales from posting wine offers. They are using Loomly to manage their posts (you can schedule them out in advance).

Remember, before you build anything NEW, or make updates to your online presence, make sure you have a solid brand message with three key points that you refer back to. If you don’t have this in place, or it’s time for an update, here are a few options for you.
